Click on the symbol marked and choose the option “Create new Group” name the group, e.g. Ward 31 Staff as below
Then to add contacts to the new group by taking the option “Add a contact in my organisation” .Then type the users name, e.g. test in the below example.
NB is a user is not Skype enabled you may get the message “you cannot add, remove or move contacts at this time” This message is misleading as you can add or move contacts but only ones who are Skype Enabled by the Service Desk.
Right click the users name and then choose “Add to contacts List” and choose the correct one eg “Ward 31Staff”.
